Warranty Other Accessories

We offer you a 2-year warranty on all our other accessories. All our other accessories (which are imported from our suppliers all over the world) are thoroughly tested and approved before they are sold to our customers. This ensures that we can sell the highest quality products with certainty.

With the warranty you receive when purchasing your accessory, you can have your product repaired, replaced or, if this is not possible, reimbursed free of charge within a period of 2 years after the date of purchase (if it has become defective naturally).

- The product is used with care.
- The product was not broken on purpose.
- All original proof of purchase have been retained and are demonstrable.

Our workshop will investigate whether your products have been used carefully. If we have found that this is not the case, you can no longer use our guarantee and therefore no compensation for your defective accessories.
