Returns Policy
In order to qualify for your right of return, we have drawn up a number of conditions so that all accessories can be returned to our studio in a responsible manner.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- The products must be returned in the original packaging.
- The products must not have been used.
- The products must not be damaged.
Other conditions
- Products returned within 30 days of receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to the address known with the order in question.
- Return costs are for the customers themselves. Therefore, think carefully before placing an order and think carefully before returning a product.
- We are not responsible for any damage to accessories or items caused by the return transportation process. Therefore, always pack your package well.
