My order

How long do I have the right of return?

Products that are returned 30 days after receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to the address known for the relevant order.

How can I return my order?

Can i cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, it is easiest to contact our customer service at the bottom right. We will then cancel your order as soon as possible.

Can I still change my order?

You cannot simply change an order. It is easier to place a new order with the forgotten items. Or cancel the old order and place a new order.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

When your order has been registered for transport via PostNL, you will automatically receive your Track & Trace code by email.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes this is possible! You must make an appointment for this through customer service.

Why do I have to pay the return costs myself?

Ton Liontarion tries to show as clearly as possible what each product looks like. It is therefore your own responsibility to make the choice whether you want to buy a product or not. Therefore, think carefully before making a purchase.

How long do I have a warranty on the leather accessories?

We offer you a 5-year warranty on all our leather accessories. We all make our products from genuine Shell Cordovan horse leather from Italy and are processed by hand into the final product. This ensures that we can supply you with the best quality leather accessories.

Can the color of the leather differ from the color or the photo?

The color of the product may differ slightly from the color of the photos in our webshop. We try to make the difference as minimal as possible. If you are not satisfied with the minimal color difference, you can always return the product within 30 days of the purchase date.

Are the products made of genuine leather?

How long do leather accessories last?

Depending on how you handle the product, our product can easily last 5 to 10 years. It is important to mention that our products are intended as luxury items.

How can I maintain my leather accessories?

To ensure that your accessories last even longer, there are a few things you can pay attention to:
- Keep the leather accessories out of the sun as much as possible. This is to prevent color loss.
- Place the accessories in a place that is neither too dry nor too humid.

No, we import these products from our suppliers located all over the world.
